About Us

Fornine Realty Partners was formed in 2012 by David How.  We have a small team with the capability to execute on a large scale.  Our size promotes accountability, innovation, creativity, flexibility, and communication with our partners.

Prior to founding Fornine Realty Partners, David worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for two institutional real estate companies (RREEF and CarrAmerica) working in acquisitions, leasing, and in both asset management and portfolio management roles.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tulane University and resides on the Monterey Peninsula on 
California's Central Coast.
